You can cancel or edit an order from your Account within 6 hours of placing it, before it enters packing. Once dispatched, changes aren't possible.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across India for orders up to ₹5,000. A small ₹49 handling fee applies.

Every product page has a detailed Size Guide with chest, length and shoulder measurements. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp with your height, chest and usual size — we'll recommend the perfect fit.

Yes. For select thobes, jubbas and sherwanis we offer made-to-measure. Add a note at checkout or WhatsApp us your measurements after ordering.

How long do refunds take?

Once the returned parcel reaches us and passes quality check (2–3 days), refunds are initiated the same day. Prepaid refunds hit your account in 5–7 working days; COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer.
