Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (Mon–Sat). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Made-to-order or altered pieces may take an additional 3–5 days — we'll confirm on WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 cities & state capitals: 3–5 business days
• Remote / rural pincodes: 5–8 business days

Every order ships with a trusted courier partner (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Bluedart) with door-to-door tracking.

We ship worldwide via DHL / FedEx. Delivery in 7–14 business days. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are payable by the recipient as per destination country rules.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499 within India.
• Orders below ₹1,499: flat ₹79 shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): additional handling of ₹49 per order.
• International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive the AWB / tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also track any order anytime at /track-order using your order number and phone.

If a courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to origin. For prepaid orders we'll re-ship at no extra cost after confirming the address. Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
